Q:  What are the Ingredients in Kai's Kookies?
A:  Our hand iced sugar cookies are made from Flour, sugar, eggs, vegetable shortening, milk,
vanilla, butter, powdered sugar, corn starch, gum arabic, calcium sulfate, citric acid, cream of tartar,
silicon dioxide, artificial flavor, corn syrup, glycerin, water, FD&C colors (Red 3, Yellow 5, Blue 1,
Yellow 6), vegetable gums, and potassium sorbate.
Q:  What is the Shelf Life of the cookies?
A:  All of our cookies are baked to order. Each cookie can be shrink wrapped for freshness. Our
cookies have a shelf life of up to 8 weeks or more when shrink wrapped. Keep cookies at room
temperature. The cookies when shrink-wrapped or placed in cellophane bag feature a label with
ingredients. The cost to place cookies in shrink wrap or cellophane bag with ribbon will is $1.00 per
cookie.
Q:  What are the Cookie Sizes and Pricing?
A:  Our cookies come in sizes from 2” up to 7”. The cookies are priced based on the size. Cookies
up to 2” x 2” are generally priced $2.20. Cookies between 2” x 2” and 3.5” x 3.5” are generally priced
$3.30. Cookies between 3.5” x 3.5” and 5” x 5” are generally priced $4.40. Larger cookies are
priced accordingly. Prices can vary and we reserve the right to change prices. Please search our
web site for the particular cookie you are looking for to see its size and price.
Q:  Does Kai’s Kookies & More do Custom Cookies?
A:  Yes. We have the ability to make cookie cutters in practically any shape. So if you have a
particular cookie shape that you do not see on our site, please contact us at customerservice.
kaiskookies@yahoo.com for questions and pricing. We also a large inventory of cookie cutters
available that are not represented on our web site. Cookies with more than two colors will have an
additional charge. Monogrammed or personalized cost is $1.50 per cookie.
Q:  What is the Minimum Order
A:  Minimum of 24 cookies per type of cookie.
Q:  Are your cookies kosher?
A:  No.
Q:  Does Kai’s Kookies & More make cookies on a stick?
A:  Yes. We can put your party favors on a stick for an additional cost of $0.50 per cookie. Contact
us at customerservice.kaiskookies@yahoo.com to inquire about order cost. And you can place your
order via telephone at 704-641-3230. We can also send cookie bouquets.
Q:  Do we make cookie platters?
A:  No. We sell the customer the cookies and they put them on their own platter. No exceptions.
Q:  Are there nuts or nut products in your cookies?
A:  No.  We do not add nuts or nut products to our cookies.  However we cannot guarantee that our
cooking utensils have not come into contact with nuts or nut products.
Q:  Why are the decorated cookies so expensive?
A:  Each cookie is hand-iced. We pay close attention to every detail. When a cookie has multiple
icing colors, each color has to dry to some degree before the next color can be applied. These are
not only delicious hand-iced sugar cookies but beautiful works of art! Our customers often say the
cookies are too pretty to eat.
