| Ingredients: Our hand iced sugar cookies are made from flour, sugar, eggs, vegetable shortening, milk, vanilla, butter, powdered sugar, corn starch, gum arabic, calcium sulfate, citric acid, cream of tartar, silicon dioxide, artificial flavor, corn syrup, glycerin, water, FD&C colors (Red 3, Yellow 5, Blue 1, Yellow 6), vegetable gums, and potassium sorbate. |
| Lead Time: Orders are filled within two weeks. But a minimum lead-time of seven (7) business days is required. Anything less than seven business days would be charged as a rush order. Orders placed and paid for after 12:00pm EST will begin baking on the day following the paid date, unless that day is a weekend or a Holiday. |
| Packaging: For a small additional cost, cookies can be shrink-wrapped or placed in cellophane bags and tied with a ribbon. For delivery and shipping, our cookies are packaged carefully in bubble wrap lined boxes to protect your cookies from breakage. |
| Privacy Policy Kai’s Kookies & More will use the information you provide us to discuss your order or to update you with regard to Kai’s Kookies & More products and web site only. Kai’s Kookies & More does not make our e-mail list, catalogue mailing list or shipping records available to anyone. We do not disclose our client names or order information. Testimonials on our Web site are printed with permission from our clients. |
| Return Policy: Kai’s Kookies & More takes great care to package our orders securely for shipping. Kai’s Kookies & More is not responsible for chips or defects in the appearance of our hand-iced sugar cookies that may happen during transport, nor for minor breakage. |
| Due to the perishable nature of our products if any of your hand-iced sugar cookies arrive completely broken, the damage must be reported to Kai’s Kookies & More within 48 hours of receipt of your order to be considered for credit. Only cookies that are completely broken will be considered for credit, and Kai’s Kookies & More may require that the broken pieces be returned to Kai’s Kookies & More or photographed for proof of damage before a credit is issued. |
| Cancellations/Event Change - Cancellations made prior to 7 days before your Ship Date are entitled to a 95% refund. A 5% Order Processing fee is assessed on all orders. Orders cancelled within 7 days of ship date are entitled to a 50% refund. In some instances, company credit for the order can be issued, please ask us for details. |
| Quantity changes made after work on your order has begun may not be possible and if a decrease in quantity is requested, the customer is entitled to a company credit for the difference only if applicable. If the order is C.O.D., customer will be responsible for any outstanding payments, including for work begun at customer's request or Order Approval and then cancelled or adjusted for quantity. |
| Orders with verbal commitments but not paid for within 7 days of the start of baking for the order may be cancelled if other orders are placed and paid for and are due to begin baking during that same baking period. |

| We use Federal Express 2-day, 3-day and overnight service to ship our hand-iced sugar cookies. When your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number for your records. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU HAVE YOUR COOKIES ARRIVE SEVERAL DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT OR CELEBRATION. |
| Shipping and handling cost are added to your order prior to final billing. |
| Deliveries can be made in Charlotte, NC for a $15 delivery charge. |
| Kai’s Kookies & More is not responsible for shipping delays caused by shipping services, weather or disaster conditions, or for charges incurred for re-delivery attempts and/or incorrect address information. If there is a delivery error made by the shipping company, Kai’s Kookies & More will refund the shipping charges only if the shipping company is passing the refund onto us. |
